What type of eyeliner are you referring to? Pencil? Liquid? Gel?

Maybeline gel eyeliner I like.

I also like Holika Holika one.

Most of the waterproof liquid liners I use doesn't smudge. But I was told it depends on your eyelid as well.

the trick is whatever liner you use, take a powder to go over the line to set it.
all liner will smudge on me including Benefit pushup liner, until i found out that it can be solved by setting the liner with powder (usually a dark/black eyeshadow)
using Maybelline liquid sharp liner, Tarte eyeliner (pencil), Solone pencil liner (taiwan made), Inglot gel liner.
hope this helps

I prefer using Mac Liquid Eyeliner.It combines long-lasting wear with a non-smudge.

I use in2it liquid eyeliner. I heard Dolly Wink is pretty good but it's pricey cry.gif But if you can afford, go for it! Other recommendations: Miss Hana. (Personally haven't tried it, but my friend uses it and she loves it)

Silkygirl, Essence and Maybelline smudges a lot on my monolids. sweat.gif With the exception of the Silkygirl Funky Eyelights (which sadly doesn't have black)

Additional tips:
1. Use eyelid primer. Don't need to be expensive one. Essence's cosmetics has one for about RM13, or you can purchase the ELF one from sgdrugstore.com

2. Like others have suggest, set it with eyeshadow/powder when it's dry.

3. My friend says that if you have oily eyelids, use translucent powder on your eyelid before applying eyeliner.

Hope this helps tongue.gif

Only Watsons got tongue.gif But Guardian has Catrice products. Quite affordable and works, if you don't use too much like I did before sweat.gif

I used rimmel scandaleyes eyeliner recently. They claim it's water proof, though haven't tested yet (I hope not hehe biggrin.gif).

Tried DollyWink Liquid Liner and currently using Heroine KissMe eyeliner too lol
It's not bad.

Idk if it works on you girls but I found out that eyeliner last wayyyy longer if I put it on before foundation/bb cream/cc cream. biggrin.gif
