Mayhem pastel no problem.

The one for show is mayhem aurora, the pearls inside will disappear after awhile.  sweat.gif

Yes. You are right. I wont touch the mayhem aurora even with a ten feet pole.
I have another old build - the R4E board - that use the mayhem pastel green and it is still in that system for 1 & 1/2 year unflushed and temperature is roughly the same as when I have filled it. Will flush that old workhorse system soon.

It has been a long time since I visited this thread. Here is a picture of my rig that I built last year. Will be selling it off to my friend to fund a new x99 build.
Not the best of builds one can see here, but decent enough.

Anyone bought Mayhems Blitz kit? I'm not planning to buy it but I was wondering whether this stuff can get through custom without any problem.

That truly depends on how extreme you're willing to go and how big your budget is. Would I say a Corsair H100i is miles behind a fully custom loop? No.

Hi guys,

Recently just build an AMD rig for my home use..

Noticed that the stock cpu fan is running very very fast..staying around 6k rpm.. shakehead.gif

Rig details:
ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer
AMD FX 8320

Is that normal for AMD stock cpu fan?

Attached Image

The noise for the 6k rpm fan is too annoying..decided to get cpu water cooler.. wink.gif

Was looking and finding water cooler..in the end planning to get NZXT Kraken X31 laugh.gif

Uefi windows install bro. So atleast all other stuff will init the same time. Ram normally wont.

new BIOS f10D and i finally got around to UEFI mod (no need to reinstall win8, just a lot of manual commands/rebuilding the boot partition etc) + secure boot enable + win10
http://valid.x86.fr/pzv6sc

boot times are so much bearable considering the expensive rig lol.
at least half if not more compared to before.

Thinking to change my coolant like yours. Do you recommend to use it? Where did you buy and how much for it?
