Hi all,
I applied for a job in Japanese firm in Malaysia. However the job is a 1 year contract job which i was told is a normal practice for Japanese firms here. The benefit are all similar to a permanent employee.
Any idea how much to expect from a contract job as oppose to a permanent job?
Let say a permanent job, I can expect RM 3600..... If it is a contract job...we should expect more?
By how much??

It depends on industry and job scope. Engineers (or sales engineers) usually get good pay in Jap companies
