I have sent my laptops to be repaired at Asus Service Center on 9/7/14. After waiting for few weeks, i called and asked. 1. Directly contact ASUS or ASUS MY on this matter, usually their PR will solve this type of issue better.
2. Post on the web and whatever places you can think of to gather attention till someone automatically contact you to solve the problem. This is Malaysia, and the general rule is "you don't kecoh, you don't get it".
3. Report on consumer tribunal regarding this.
