2. Tested using Internet Explorer 11. Using other type of browser will not guarantee the output same as per screenshot provided. Future version of the Internet Explorer might change too, rendering the output deviated.
3. Tested using Epson LQ-310 Dot Matrix Printer

6. ALERT! This guide will allow you to print ONE CONSIGNMENT NOTE per given time. For multiple page, not supported.
7. Those print screen maybe obsolete, considering this guide will be updated from time to time to improve it's content.

Prerequisite

1. Install printer driver for Epson LQ-310
2. Have basic knowledge in HTML
3. Internet Explorer 11 at least available
4. Notepad ++ (preferred). Download from here. Built in Notepad don't have color view for easy identification in HTML. Other similar HTML editor can be used (DO NOT edit with MS Word since it will add another code which *might* render the output different).

After the step in previous post completed i.e installing printer driver, installing Notepad++, time to setup the paper size & margin.

Paper size as follow:

• Width = 21 cm
• Height = 10 cm
• Margin = 0.5 cm (all position)

Save it with any name you like. You can refer image below. This setup using current Poslaju form with revision number "08-1668-B-R1":



My other setting when I set is as "Default Printer"



After setting done, you might want to download the HTML file and save it on your desktop for quick access (THIS IS THE REQUIRED FILE):

Before print, you might want to adjust it to suit your need. This is where Notepad++ is used. Select the HTML & edit it Notepad++. Those with redline the part you want to edit. If required you can delete the data between "<SPAN></SPAN> code" (e.g in line #200) but DO NOT DELETE the entire line.



After done editing you can "Save" it or "Save As" other copy if you like.

Then, open it using Internet Explorer (current version is 11). Other browser might not work.
Go to Print Preview (100% viewing) and adjust the setting (adjustment required if the printer is not set default & paper type is not Poslaju form). Please ensure to put Margins = 10 mm (all position). Refer image below. After done click OK:



If you can't find Poslaju Form, click Printer Icon and select Epson LQ-310 from printer list, right click it and "Set as Default Printer". Then click apply. Refer image below:



The final step is printing. Preview it again before printing, so you can confirm the final printout should be as intended. Set it as "Landscape" mode at "100%" view:

You can check out Tally Dascom 1325 Flatbed dot matrix printer as well. Ideal to print consignment note, cheque, labels, thick media with the new flatbed paper movement which reduce chances of paper or media jam during printing. Retail price only RM 870 per unit

is it alright for the sender's address postcode to be like that?? I mean the postcode is not at its place??

Yes no prob at all.

Anyway this is old method, or if u got business dealing with alot of postage. The slip u still need to take from poslaju.
If only sometimes, dont bother this way.
Just go to posjalu website u can print directly using A4 paper, complete with auto generated tracking number.

There's also a free Poslaju printing tool from AllSome Track, it can generate and print Poslaju new consignment note (if you did not have any consignment note with you). It can also print the content onto consignment note (if you have ready consignment note which you got it from Poslaju).
