As for seller, you can have 101 reasons for delaying sending to buyer but a promise is still a promise. If you foresee delays, you should let buyer know instead of going MIA. Tracking is so important that missing it is careless. You should at least sms buyer the tracking code. Eventhough it's pretty useless when item would have arrived before poslaju people have time to update. But in cases like missing parcels, it's very important.

Hmm...perhaps someone should write up a step by step guide to trading using poslaju. Seller, buyer do what and when cases of missing parcels, how to claim from poslaju and all. Or maybe already have such tutorial?
