A bit skeptical about the company
No profile at their website and a bit like lure customers with low price with high promises. Can deliver or not is a problem and also if wanna terminate within contract period they didn't say anything..

Based on my search ,there's not much info . Whoopie fibre is product of XccessComm HSBB Sdn. Bhd,which provides biz and residential plan. This company is subsidiary of XccessComm Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Seems legit ? hmm.gif

Look at the product pic( I believe this is old one ,since the current price stated is higher than this )

If you look at the pic carefully, you can see * asterisk stated ' Powered by Symphonet Sdn Bhd .'Symphonet is also an ISP providing its service at Kelantan area using fixed wireless and has limited fibre coverage.
Speedtest of Symphonet ISP :

My bro in law got this ISP, it's okay but need to know from the other people who are on this service, can you change the default router?

The one the ISP gave us is not good at all, it only reaches like half of the flat before it is out of range.

cheap ISP give you to share one WAN IP among users, unlike TIME and TM which each Unifi or Streamyx 8Mbps/4Mbps have own dynamic WAN IP which is nice.

IPv4 going to be so expansive
see if they provide IPv6 aswell
