Getting a backup phone with prepaid, which operator offer longest valid days?

Hi guys,
I plan to get a backup phone with prepaid, just in case my phone network down. Any suggestion on which Telco is good for prepaid. I am looking at longest period of validation. Example: Possible once top up can last for 365 days validation? Because it is backup phone, might ignore it for some time. |
