My opinion only

Study Compressor situation first (Since it's the main brain thru out the whole air con system)

From there we can know to change only the compressor alone or the whole system

If Compressor starts to make weird sound, quickly switch it off. Pray that all the (Habuk besi) in the compressor don't spread the whole system. If not no choice have to change whole system. Just flush out (Habuk Besi) ? Confirm kah can cure or release all (Habuk besi). This is the main cause that some people tend to cut cost via just change the compressor and later spoil (Less then 2 months)

Air con need to be clean flow system (Gas wise). Argo need to be well maintained
