Went to Guardian just now. Saw they changed from the old HLB silver terminal (back in the old days) to a new (Android) white terminal. I think the staff is not well trained when I asked her if AmEx is supported. I've tried contactless (Apple Pay) + pin, Contactless (directly from card) and Pin method, all fail. There was no response from the server. Each transaction took 1 min before it the machine just decides to time out.

Then I took my Visa/Master, pass instantly.

Can anyone confirm with me if Guardian has stopped accepting AmEx? I used to be able to use, at the very least I have to use physical card and slot it in the machine.

I used Maybank FC Barcelona VS and M2 Amex to pay insurance and got CB. No CB if Jompay/FPX.
