Are they using maybank terminal? Or you just try it anyway with your amex even when you see they are not using maybank terminal?

Same like giant. I went to a few giant around subang jaya and shah alam, all also changed to use ambank and ambank terminals don't accept amex.

So u mean cold storage ambank terminal accepts amex? On the other hand, all giant stores using ambank terminal but all don't accept amex.

Cold storage i used to be able i use amex without any issue. But started few years ago all the cold storage near my area already closed down.

As for giant, I also used to be able to use amex without any issue. Until they switched to use ambank terminal, then never been able to use amex anymore. When they use maybank terminal no issue. Even uncle jack also i can use amex there, because they share the same maybank terminal.
