BHP Greenlane, Penang doesn't accept AMEX over the counter.
CC transaction needs min amount of RM 30. |

Starbucks at 1 Utama shopping mall (new wing) doesn't accept Amex.

I was in Starbucks 1U new wing earlier as well, about 5pm. Couldnt reload on Amex. said that they changed their POS machine and end up not being able to accept Amex. No idea what's going on.
