Just lodge a complain to HQ, follow up and they will settle it. I just settle it at sunway LDP toll station. Refuse my amex, i lodge complain, and they accept it after one month i complain to HQ. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding" I guess they are observing how many amex customer lost during this so call upgrade? then only decide continue with amex or not...hehe Before upgrade, can accept amex. During upgrade, not accept amex and until further nottice, it is downgrade. hehe. Shell station just upgraded all their terminal, no issue with amex. Giant liked this post
