for the new unifi portal, have you tried entering amex card number and see the behavior?

diff bill payees have diff limitation. some accept Amex, most dont. just trial-and-error with your bills and see if Amex is available as an option.

assuming you asking about m2c amex...

transaction date determines whether the trx is eligible for cb, e.g. Sat or Sun.

posting date determines which cb pool it utilize, e.g. transaction on 31 Mar (Sat) was eligible for cb, but if somehow it get posted on 2 Apr, it will utilize Apr cb pool instead.

wont be much issue if you seldom maximize RM50 cb per month.
