Its personal preference. waste 10-20 meat (thats 1-2 hour worth of stamina) for those extra exp. I'd rather level up slowly. you will get 0-2 burger every round only. i remember using p4 jugo as tank, bomo medusa eva noire to pass exp extreme. need some restart for sarpa not killing ur jugo in 1 shot. just have to cancel medusa's ulti and snake . steal quite alot of power. now almost all heroes can auto exp COT ed. i didnt use int team, mostly using physical team.

I used Raff/Jugo/Lumina/Medusa/Noire can pass exp COT6 - need some restart if Sarpa critical Raff in first wave. never tried a mage team before lol. But physical team works all the way so far.

Yes physical team can do this earlier than int if manually uses ulti. However they can't auto skill.
Int need more time due to heavy investment as most of them requires similar items and its not easy to make it. But once your tank is orange and other is at P4 (not necessary all), u can leave it auto and its faster than physical team.
