QUOTE(asuk @ May 25 2015, 10:57 AM) my RG Zgok repainted in Unicorn ver colors. Of the 5 RG kits i've built so far, this one feels the most solid. Really? It feels wobbly to me, way more than a conventional kit does, probably due to the beefy armor but thin frame I guess.![]() » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Nice paint job as always |

To fix the nub marks on Phenex, try Bosny copper gold. It's not 100% fix though.

QUOTE(TheEvilMan @ Jun 4 2015, 07:17 PM) care to share the opinion between this and the RG? Technically RG is still superior, however;I been wanting a char zaku but never able to decide which to get (MG, RG, HG.....and many more) RG color seems to be a blend of pink and red, while this one is more to red? and does the articulation is as good as RG? The huge-ass rifle is the main attraction |

Generally flat is recommended.
You'll want to gloss coat part that is supposed to be shiny like metallic painted piston or thrusters. |

QUOTE(TheEvilMan @ Jun 6 2015, 06:56 PM) Hi, I saw this LED Unit for Gunpla at BTS, what kind of MG is it compatible with other than OO Gundam series? Does Nu ver ka using the same LED Set too, Will it fit? The LED unit is compatible only for some MG kits, mainly AD's Exia/00R variant and main UC like 3.0, Nu, Sazabi, and JestaI just realise the Unicorn MG does not provide any space to slot in the LED unit |

QUOTE(TheEvilMan @ Jun 23 2015, 12:18 AM) yea, gotten myself some files, the unicorn has some rather nasty nubs especially on the blue parts, but well, the decals kinda covered them Unicorn is an old kit, old kits are not properly undergated.waiting to try out those files and sanding tools on the next gunpla, probably Nu Ver.ka, still my top choice atm Nu Ka is awesome as hell, but prepare to be disappointed with the funnels assembly, weak hands, and difficult-as-hell to unassemble the pieces. My advice is you do the detailing, decaling and topcoating by pieces before assembling them. |
