The HG actually look good!
the 1/100 meanwhile look abit too bulky and the hand seem is changeable parts instead the finger can move

the HG is pretty much win for me
the price only for 1000yen(RM30-35)
not really dig the add-on pack though except the mini tank

HG is nice. Btw, maybe the design especially the waist is different because it can transform?

The reason it has an inner frame because it's Frame Arms concept.. interchangable armors...

may i ask what prize did u won? if it's one of the rg/mg/pg sets then the price seems kinda justify

standard MG start at 3000-4500yen

Frame Arms is different concept because it have pre-assembled inner frame done right there
and Barbatos dont confirmed yet to have interchangeable armor
maybe the reason it have inner frame because it is a simple inner frame
so easily can make

if u look at the rear view, the inner frame is pretty much exposed and no armor to cover it so they have to do it I suppose

The leg is too slim, if it got a small booster near the side or bulkier it would looks really great

overall i am dig on the design. Look very knight-ish theme.
Might grab the HG first while waiting for MG

the Barbatos other form revealed for Nxedge Style which pretty much only interchangeable armor add-on(?) sell in future
unless Bandai want to be a di*k and make we buy full model kit for other 1/100 Barbatos form

which you guys prefer?
buy basic form and later add on for other form(but expensive if you want make all other form together in full model kit)
or buy all/only other form in full model kit(which is actually cheaper way if you dont like the certain form and plan to skip them)

It's just an HG Build Burning. If it's an Mg, I would have gladly paid it =/. But it's shiny so

for me if no much different better buy the add on only
but the recently HG Ez-SR, have all interchangeable parts bundled
still need to buy other 2 to make full team

It's worth it, consider that you won a discount to purchase the plated HG.

In the end Bandai wins. I like MG Star Build Strike but only Build Strike Full Package is offered along with separate Star Booster.

to me this is a huge turn off as a marketing gimmick.. if i wanted the whole team as per the show i'll need to buy 3 boxes and have 6 add on interchangable parts put to the side
i would rather they box individual units and sell that way, so that i won't have junk parts lying around if i want the whole team of 3

as it is now, i'd much rather wait for a potential KO to separate the units or include a box set of 3 full units with 3 packs than to buy bandai's offering.. feel like they should've made it cheaper but with only 1 unit per box

Solution 2:
- Come out with standard version at start of the show
- Allow use of 1/100 expansions on MG or sell them seperately like builder parts.
- The final form or most epic expansion will come as P-Bandai

See what they did with G-Self, the best looking one come as tamashii exclusive
