One of the switches should be put between your house and your shop. You do not even need it to have 8 port. The 100m distance is pushing the limit, and that's should be your main worry instead of the brand of the switch (TP-Link unmanaged switch should work OK based from my experience).

Yes, CCTV will work. Connect switch to one of the router's LAN ports then connect CCTV to one of the switch's port.

yah i know explain my router PORT 4 CONNECT switch port 1 then CCTV switch PORT 2

like that

can view switch for IP LIST
like router can view IP LIST like LAN IP 192.168.2.3 or 192.168.2.4 like that

THIS. This is a bigger potential problem. I have used cheap TPLINK gigabit switch. Works great.

The switch will become a port multiplier.

For example, if you currently connect CCTV to your router's LAN port no.1 and has its IP set to 192.168.2.5, you can easily remove the CCTV LAN cable from the router's LAN port 1, then connect a LAN cable between router's LAN port 1 and switch's LAN port 1 (or any trunking port if the switch has one), then connect CCTV to switch's LAN port 2, and the CCTV should work just fine.
