If im not wrong.. They would normally purchase the machines.... never heard of leasing. Old machines.. are normally pushed to other outlets.. TKA (Msia/Singapore) and Cosmic(Penang) are rather huge here.

OH ... forgot to give the website for COSMIC. Here u go www.cosmic.com.my They use to put the prices on their website. For a PCB board of old games, its around RM1k. Cabinet is around Rm4-5k , new games can go up to RM7-14k.
Yea its not pratical to buy a single game machine. Unless u r the arcade owner. Maintenance of the machine also will kill.

its illegal if u have an activated coin slot on ur cabinet. Gambling machine is a different thing all together.
There is a device to hook up your PS2/xbox into the arcade cabinet... Will post the link when i find it.
