hi...does anyone know how long it takes for RMA?..my friend bought ducky shine 3 from cyntrix and it got led problem, so he send it for RMA, about one month ago..think it had been so long.

i have been using mkb brown switch for about 2 months now, and then when i try the usual keyboard, it feels really different..and then i understand why people are saying, u are not going back to dome switch after trying mkb
