I don't think it's fair that you label a seller as "penipu" if their price is slightly higher than another seller.

First of all, look at the seller..
does he have a physical shop?
or multiple branches?
location of the shop?
how many staff working there?
does he or she provide any form of warranty?

IMO i don't think it's fair to compare these sellers with sellers who sell via online or "open shop" at a mamak or pasar malam.

I've bought items from both types of sellers. My advise is, do your research and just deal with whomever you feel comfortable dealing with.
