To be honest, worth it or not is entirely up to you.
All, if not most of us here are ex-smokers. We are using this "vaping" to help us quit smoking, to substitute the analog ciggs.
For those of you out there that layan Shisha, I must say, you guys are basically smokers too. Because the amount of chemicals contained in Shisha is more, if not same with normal analog ciggs. So if you are intending to replace shisha with vaping, you can go ahead. Afterall, some Shisha "addicts" go for it every few days or every week.

If you dont want Nicotine in your Vape, then it would be as enjoyable as Shisha already.
As Shisha has nicotine and other ingredients which can make you "high" or pening.
If you just want to Layan the smoke for the sake of smoke, then get a reasonable mod and a RDA and learn how to build it, then you can start chasing cloud.
But do make sure you read a lot and understand the safety before you start.
