She said, most of the MNC in Penang ONLY hire Chinese for IT position.
Even though the HR personnel had recommended other races as candidate, the chance is ZERO!
Is this really happening in Penang? I was so frustrated after heard that from her. Why there is no equally treatment given for others?
It is hard to maintain a system when there is something abnormal in the components. Unfortunately, the abnormal part is your race.
