I'm an Associate Consultant smile.gif previously ranked IT Executive, next up is Senior Associate Consultant. Actually I don't know what my title means becos I consult no-one neither does anyone consult me. My job specs include programming, design db, maintain db, user support, writing user manuals, etc, all except network setup, email, OS setup, and other admin stuff. Granted, my company is small, around 20 people, so it may differ very much from others.

based on my company, the rank will go like this :
associate -> senior -> principal -> expert.....

another type of ranking which is for those team leaders :
team leader -> manager -> ??? -> ???

'???' means i forgotten what's the rank edi.. tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif
not everyone in the world have leadership quality, but then the associate type of ranking still able to promote them.
