for 7 knight is super rare.
but play long enough you will get a 7 knight selector. (end of 2nd month login reward)

for transcend, you have to be at max * (normal noob max * usually at 3*, hero is 6*)
hero max * max level + hero max* lvl 1 = can transcend

for hero you have to "rank up" to the highest first then only can transcend. (rankup means add star *)

evan max level 3* have to use element to rank up to 4*

then keep doing until rank 6* then only you can transcend (max level).

so when transcend you need a copy of the 6* lvl 1 also can
you can farm element from daily dungeon, castle rush shop, adventure mode (very rare), or use gem to re-enter daily dungeon
