Today, we would like to answer all the glitches and difficulties that our users experienced due to insufficient sharing of updated information.

[Damage Remake]
The main purpose of our second update in 9th territory was to go in a different direction from Seven Knights Korean version, by making changes to some characters with alterations in their skill effects.
The problem of the matter was that because we emphasized heavily on “go-different-strategy” from Korean Seven Knights, we were ineffective in delivering the update information to our users, and we would like to express our apologies.
Although Seven Knights Global team is still discussing whether to make alterations in character skills, effects, and hero remake, we assure you that we are doing our best to continuously inform our users with updated information as quickly as possible. Also, we will do our best to keep inform our users with the updates and take your opinions into consideration.
Again, we will try to inform our users with ‘confirmed’ remake updates through developers’ note from now on! Now, the following is my developer’s note regarding the confirmed remake updates.

[Changes in Raid Reward Rate]
Recently, many of our users have questioned if there were any changes made in rewards system. Although we would have to investigate on this matter further to calculate all the variables in which rewards rate changes, what we can say for sure is that there were no revisions made in Raid rewards.
To provide information regarding destroyer gaze rewards, it changes every time dragon’s level reaches Lv.5. Additionally, players are okay to expect preferable rewards as they beat dragons of Lv.60 or higher.


[Notice and Updates]
As you may know already, Seven Knights Global updates are always scheduled on every Thursday. Although so far it was impossible to share update information to our users due to tight schedule, from now on, we will do our best to let all the users know about update contents two days before the update.

Now, to share this week’s update contents with our users, we will be finally opening the Hard Mode in Daily Dungeons! Hard Mode in the Daily Dungeon is comparatively tough to beat, so users will have to employ their strategic side.

Moreover, there will also be a ban-system within pre-season guild battle for the first time. Banned characters for this pre-season guild battle are as follows: Sun WuKong, Velika, Ming Ming and Rei. Since banned characters are not allowed to participate in guild battles, please remember to omit them from your team before the season battle starts!
