I don't think 500 is guarantee 6* either. Well thats what people on reddit says. Its very high chance but not 100%.

I believe it is a guarantee 6*, i think what people in reddit says that it does not guarantee good stats, some could be bare minimum 6* stats like 180 attack with lowest % lethal/Critical/Speed stats

Nope her passive wont affect wukong as his already a 50% magic buff to himself. IIRC this daisy revamp is the same as the Japan version.

Daisy just a regular hero and they revamp her till so epic ...

Well u can use her as leader if you want a magic boost, better put a higher trancended magic unit like for example a lvl 40 velika (or your highest trancended unit) as leader for the magic boost and put an all out magic team which can be in this kind of formation:
