Apparently citilink return back the perfume to them because the address is too long and fragrance-x cap the address from the system when printed it out. There are missing information in the address that prevent citilink to send. Citilink contacted me only once but no answer and they return back to the receiving agent/public parcel. Public Parcel arranged for second delivery via citilink almost get the same issue but I simply go their warehouse and pick it up.  Basically later if order again maybe need to cut the down the words in address.... great to hear that since i am facing the same too.. tracker showed that 'in-transit' for almost 1 week. i don't know how to contact Janio office. My email has not responded yet. |

just recieved my parcels from FragranceX today. 2 parcels for almost 40 days. Therefore, during MCO please expect a bit delay. 😅😅..
