Luckily I got exempted from SST and custom tax when buying from fragranceX. Total price USD 67 add another 15 USD shipping cost as declared by them. Courier is DHL, declare value in total RM 346.

anyone order from FragranceX recently? This courier company, Janio really terrible. Perfume arrived in Malaysia since 7 Dec but status still "in transit" and intra destination transfer. Anyone have Janio phone no?

Apparently citilink return back the perfume to them because the address is too long and fragrance-x cap the address from the system when printed it out. There are missing information in the address that prevent citilink to send. Citilink contacted me only once but no answer and they return back to the receiving agent/public parcel. Public Parcel arranged for second delivery via citilink almost get the same issue but I simply go their warehouse and pick it up.  Basically later if order again maybe need to cut the down the words in address.... |
