Hi all, what do you think about Cartier declaration d’un soir ? Does it suit a teenager(18yr ish)?

It’s one of my favourite perfumes that I own. That rose is killer. I’d say go for it, but it can be something that’s super out there for a teenager.

Might be polarising for girls that age (coz that’s a main part of why we wear perfumes too right? 😏) and some of them might think you’re wearing a woman’s perfume

Haha yes I am just worried that it might be too sweet, how is the dry down like ? It is either this or hawas by rasasi which would be a safer bet but it seems rather boring as I have similar fresh citrusy scents on my collection. I have recently sampled Zara 9.0 and rich warm and addictive, those seem too sweet for me, would Cartier be this sweet as well ?

I can’t remember much because it’s in Malaysia and i’m not but i wouldn’t call it sweet. I don’t like sweet fragrances as well, especially with tonka bean.

There’s a lot of spicy , woody rose so it’s more floral than sweet. I’d say go for it, I remember when i first bought it, it really is very unconventional from what i thought about the typical men’s fragrance.

You can’t check it out at malls?

Unfortunately now , but it does seems different from anything else I have. Would it be close to a ck one type of floral ?

I’m getting it on Lazada(FRAGRANKITA), what do you think about hawas ? Hawas(rm 275) and Cartier(rm 229)

Sorry man can’t comment on Hawas and CK One have not smelt them.

But i dont think you will regret the Cartier.

It’s got a warmth to it, and that rose is really classy, think of wearing to a nice dinner event. Definitely an evening fragrance

don't blind buy Declaration d un soir, yea it's different but its old smelling, it's peppery spicy, dry rose on a woody base, quite fresh too, I can imagine 40-something dato carrying a man clutch wearing it lol
if u still wan something masculine rose-y, check out moschino toy boy, unique, musky, spicy, rose with a bit of fruity sweetness n a hint of leather, quite youthful

Hey can anyone give me perfume recommendation here?

So I(29/M) need a perfume for sports and mainly for running day/night with high sillage and performance. I'm looking for something fresh(main scent im looking for), soapy with a wood/musks base notes. I'd avoid sweet scent and would welcome some fruity notes that still smells sophisticated and masculine.
As a guy, my outfit is usually a clean sports look. I wear mostly black and a mix of dark blue, less bright with a high cut sneakers with some red accents. Day time I'd wear white and mustard/ochre with my brown chukka or white sneakers.

Tried some and love Hugo (or was it Hugo Now, i remember the scent as apples and fresh ). Toy Boy (or Toy 2..Im not good with this sry) was equally nice too. Something in the price range of the two would be great. Recently got a Sauvage, so might need something different.

I like Mancera Cedrat Boise, Dior Homme Sport, Dyptique L’eau de Neroli, Acqua di Parma Essenza

Hi all, what do you think of mancera cedrat Boise? Is it considered a niche fragrance ? Does like work well for teens ?

Stronger version of mont blanc explorer. Quite pleasant

I’m using it, very easy to wear on any occasion.

Yea it’ll work well, quite a crowd pleaser.

Mancera is a cool house coz i realise you get sort of niche scents for like half the price

u can try, issey miyake pour homme fraiche edt, lalique encre noire sport, light blue intense/sun, Chanel allure sport -versatile day-night, casual scent-

if u're getting it online, beware, lots of fake

Niche scent, niche quality, nah...
leathery in the opening & mid, its closer to club de nuit intense men than aventus, but with dried fruits, stronger leather & nice smooth creamy vanilla+sandalwood, imo it's a mixture of cdnim+aoud leather/tuscan leather

I got toy boy on shopee(luxury perfume Malaysia), their quite reputable so should be fine I assume ? I do also one cdim, and I do like it except for it’s smoky birch accord, I heard that mancera cedrat Boise replaces it with some sort of leather

yeah, smells good. reminds me of aventus.

a&f first instinct, a&f fierce work well for teens too imo.

Hi all, just smelled diptyque philoskyos and it was amazing. Just wondering if there were other alternatives with better performance and longevity ?
