I use IE 6 and firefox 1.5.0.7. I have the problem of IE unexpectedly closing error when I browse the pages of the forum. It happens randomly and it will happen when the page only loads upper portion of the forum. This is quite similar to the problem recently where the page don't load most of the time. But now, it continue to load but after a while, it will shut itself down unexpectedly. This happens in the computers of my school and at home. The computers in the my school automatically restores the HDD to the checkpoint where the admin made each time a user logs out. So, there is negligible chance that the computer is infected with bugs.
For firefox, it will show an error of irresponsive script and it asks whether to terminate the script.

the firefox script timeout is due to the advertisments. It is more of an annoyance then anything critical. It also only appears if your page is left idle for more then 30 minutes. Since the ads run out at the end of the week, we've decided not to meddle with it.

We have yet to replicate the IE error on our side, so its quite hard to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. We will continue looking into it, and if it is indeed an IE7 specific problem, we'll be able to fully understand and fix it when IE7 goes final later this month.

But I am using IE 6 when the problem arise. I couldn't see anything weird when I tried to make the error occur again. And it's just being random. unsure.gif

Hah. I thought my IE6 is corrupted. Thank god I saw this.

Yeah, I got this problem too. Some error thingy which requires me to either 'Don't Send' or 'Send Error Report'.
