There is one on 3ds. Give it time, the system is still new, can't expect them to add everything so early. More improvements will will be made that's for sure. Back on 3ds the save backup isn't available on day one either. Pretty sure they will at it later on

the 5 new BOTW amiibo price is ok coz brand new - it's the old amiibos that's out of print is crazy in prices. I managed to get toon link, toon zelda, ganandorf, smash zelda & 8 bit link at normal prices. Smash link, OOT link & Sheik is now 2-3x the original retail price

Depends on what you want. Amiibos only help a bit, no need to forage and stuff, not really helping a whole lot. Maybe only really useful in the beginning since you don't have much equipment.

much better if you played the original twilight princess on wii u. the amount of heart the wolf got depend on the save data from wii u, default at 3 hearts only. at least that is what i understand hehe
