Not sure why complaining about game price.
MK8 Deluxe retail price is 60usd. RM259 sounds about right.
Even all PS4 and Xbox1 game also same price actually.
*
Not happy that they are just rereleasing 2014 game for $60. New content also quite limited. But it's a Nintendo game, their game always retain the price or even increase in price. That being said, still gonna give them the money.

That's bad for warranty claims expecially after looking into 12mins worth of defects on switch.
Anybody experiencing claims so far?

*
12 mins worth of defects out of 1.5mil units sold? Yea I think we're good, don't have to worry about anything.
This video is posted in this discussion for multiple times already, it's almost like an entry pass for others who had not been here.

Anyone in Penang know where I can buy one?  Someone mentioned Prangin Mall a while ago but I'm not sure if they still have any in stock.
*
Well did you check with them? Call them and ask them. They have a facebook page.

How long time u take to finished? 👍

60 + hours

QUOTE(angelaers @ Mar 20 2017, 09:34 AM)
Bomberman R is not as fun as Super Bomberman 3.
Real waste of money if you ask me. Maps are smaller and enemies are less varied and the 2.5D graphics doesn't add anything to the game.

Better to wait for Super Bomberman 3 on virtual console.
*
Hmm, ok definitely skipping now. On the fence for Shovel Knight. I have it on Wii U and cleared the base game. I found out all DLC is free, but I dont want to turn on my Wii U again, too lazy.

Wow u finished in 60+ hours... amazing
*
The story is extremely short, you can easily finish it in 40~50 hours. I spent a lot of time exploring and got around 70+ shrines. Finished the game at 20+ hearts.

The Bomberman game actually looks fine. If you wanna compare with the old game, the new one has more content than the old, and i heard lots of stuff are bigger too. It's just our nostalgia thing kicking in tongue.gif
*
$50 price tag is not convincing at all. Still considering Shovel Knight though, or else my Switch will be collecting dust for the next 40 days.

Is it confirmed used game can't be sell back? Since I finished Zelda, there is no point for me to keep it.
*
Why would that need confirmation? You have the box and cartridge, it is your decision whether you want to sell it or not. The problem is who would buy Zelda when literally everybody has it in Malaysia.

Isn't there is a news we can't sell it once the game is inserted in NS or once we played it. Zelda is just an example and some people bought without Zelda bundled together.
*
What? There was a news on that? Which media is reporting that, want to make sure I black list them as a stupid source of news.

Where the heck I read that news, maybe the title made me confused. laugh.gif
I think it's the saved data that can't be transfer was the one that I read.

So there is hope to sell my Zelda since got people here bought NS only without a single game bundled.
*
The thing is they probably then bought zelda separately LOL. Seriously the launch lineup of Switch is so bad, there is absolutely no way that people bought Switch without wanting to buy zelda.

Yeah, I'm 60+ hours in and I just rescued my first divine beast
Why rush smile.gif not likes there is anything else to play for awhile
*
I got 4 divine beast, 18 memories, around 80 shrines out of around 100, and almost all side quest done. I don't see how I've "rushed" the game.

Neh, I might achieve all shrines then I will put the game aside. Kinda glad the main story is short because I was hitting the boredom point already. Maybe because there's no engaging story going on aside from the lovable characters. It's a story of no climax, buildup or whatever.

My friend who bought from the same batch with me says she is having joycon issue also on the left side.. but mine seems fine.. (did a small test in the video below)

Manufacturing variation. Since stock came from different manufacturing locations, one of them probably screwed up. Mine also flawless no matter how hard I try to block it. That also explains why every single review units were having issue, those were the first early batch.

if not mistaken, nintendo ceo clarified prior to the release of nintendo switch that the new console is not meant to replace the 3ds.
*
Lesson number 1 : Never trust whatever big corporation is telling you. They said the exact same thing about Nintendo Switch being a whole new platform, not replacing/next generation of Wii U/3DS. Immediately after Switch release, Wii U ended production and no more upcoming games.

Hard to say.
Earliest Pokémon star would be released is late 2018.
Also there wasn't any Pokémon Z for X and Y.
*
Nintendo has the mindset of, let's wait for the console to have a bigger player base before considering those big games but they need big games to push the player base for a new console. Unless they decided to kill 3DS asap, prepare for the upcoming MH/Pokemon to be on 3DS because there's already a fixed and guaranteed amount of people that will buy it rather than risking it on a console that has 1 mil + playerbase. Remember they were still releasing Pokemon on the DS when 3DS was released. Late 2018 is a generous prediction.

I'm thinking digital is better since can get cheaper e-shop bucks on the forum. Also read that Nintendo has account-wide tagging instead of console specific now?

OTOH I won't easily be able to sell the games later on.

Decision decisions..I've always been a PC gamer all this while and looking at the game prices O_O

Shovel Knight was like RM30 on Steam IIRC..now have to fork out RM100 haha..
*
Cheaper eshop bucks from who? If you're referring to the cheapest one in Lowyat, be careful and reconsider your purchase from him.

QUOTE(LEO1989 @ Mar 28 2017, 11:06 AM)
hi, anybody bought Has Been Heroes already?
*
Reviews for the game scored around 4.5 by destructoid, 6 by pocket gamer, ign and a few others i forgot, 7 from three sites and 8 from one site.
Who will pull the trigger?

Can explain more bro? I don't even have a Nintendo account yet. Bought the Switch mainly for Zelda and hoping to teach my 5 year old to play Mario Kart.

He loved MK7 emulated on my PC so I thought the Switch would make a good proper first console.
*
Well you can actually use any credit card on any eshop region, it will work fine. If you are buying top up card for Nintendo Credit, be careful of where you buy it from.

Am pretty sure once their subscription system is out later this year, it will include a cloud save like the other consoles

so, if wanna backup your saves? BAYAR!
*
I don't care how cheap the subscription fee is, if they want me to pay, they better update the OS with A LOT of cool features like party chat, message, cloud storage and free games. The Switch OS is so boring there's nothing to do. Even the setting page is boring.

They release too early, this is just a early adopter bonus for nintendo fans, we might have to wait abit for the one you mentioned
*
My favorite part of their whole advertisement on allowing us to try out the "Nintendo Premium service" for being early adopter, like a trial for us before they charge us is because they aren't ready to implement it yet...

If they really want to convince us and treat this as a "trial" period, they should've started all of the benefits on launch.
