I just knew when I got it You have to create new account and set it to US region. I have my first account in MY (coz I don't know e-store don't work here). So I create another one and set it to US. Now I have 2 accounts in NS. You can't change it after you successfully create your account AFAIK.

Why would that need confirmation? You have the box and cartridge, it is your decision whether you want to sell it or not. The problem is who would buy Zelda when literally everybody has it in Malaysia.

Isn't there is a news we can't sell it once the game is inserted in NS or once we played it. Zelda is just an example and some people bought without Zelda bundled together.
You can play with the other switch. Only that the saved data will remained in your switch.
