If you don't mind spending a bit more for your child, the Arena goggle is the good choice. If no, then you can get a lesser known brand for a much cheaper price at Jusco. Happy Hunting

nope better no googles
if you learn with googles
later if you in emergency situation with no google
then you will panic and bound to drown

we got goggles for sale

btw it's 8yo, emphase on the "branding" concept may inject wrong value to a child

wouldn't it be good to keep it simple as like "swimming is one more survival skill" to learn

tat is exactly my stand on why my boys shd learn swimming.. cos i don't want them to fall into the h2o and not know wat to do in the event tat shd happen..

i never emphasized brand of anything 2 my kids.. so don't worry.

thanks for your comments.

my boys tended to shut their eyes when the coach asked them to put their heads into the water and breathe out through the nose..

so I want to protect their eyes from the chlorine in the water.

dunno
it doesnt matter what brand actually
all goggle should have the anti-fog too that will worn out very fast even expensive one

what matter is if its fit properly to your face
just buy whatever cheap that does what matter
be it rm10 goggles from giant

and bear in mind the goggles were never better to look underwater
its never clear vision with goggles
its just to prevent chlorine right
