I am very shocked by the ticket price in TGV.
They charge different price based on seating location.

standard seat RM14
preferred seat RM16
couple seat RM36 (RM18/person)
beanie seat RM36 (don't know for 1 or 2 person)

For the record, GSC charge RM13 flat rate wherever u seat.
their couple seat price is RM32 (RM16/person)
GSC totally pownes TGV in terms of pricing.

To add insult to the injury, TGV standard seat is only the first THREE rows. WTH?!

like that still got people wana go TGV? what do you think?
anything super special about TGV that makes it worth the money over GSC?

I have already banned TGV long time already.

Last time they SELL YOU 3D Glasses (Force you to BUY the 3D glasses everytime you watch), now i am not sure.

Anyway, GSC is the way to go. To hell with TGV.

Eh I just paid rm 36 for twin seat in gsc mid valley. Depends on location la I think

So far TGV is OK for me.

1) Near my house.. walking distance.
2) Using student card.
3) Movie club members can redeem 2 ticket free (Included couple seat) + Freebies (1 regular popcorn + 1 regular drink)

Compare to GSC

1) Far from my house so need driving (petrol money gone)
2) Parking money gone....
3) Gsc member only free 1 ticket without freebies....

Tgv mahal gla. Dhla food pn mahal n less variety. Gsc da best

they wan you to join TGV Club.... can get cheaper ticket....

im not TGV fan but u sure they force u to buy 3d glasses ? coz i remember getting it free many times until i got so many spares

And not to mention both cinema also got soh@i kid running around..baby crying...ppl play with bright light phone and etc...so aluto all cinema in malaysia....oversea haven try yet

for my comparison i compare tropicanal mall gsc and jaya shopping mall tgv for the the movie chappie
both mall close to each other, so it seems a fair comparison

Free arse lah. So many people complained on their FB previously about this issue.

Also kids seat half price, again only the front few rows. Tiu!
