Example: Items actual weight included packaging box is 3 kg but box size is 45cm x 30cm x 20cm /6000 = 4.5kg. Warehouse will count base on 4.5kg instead of 3 kg.

Air Shipping Volumetric Weight Calculation:
(H x W x L cm) / 6000 = Volumetric Weight
Example: 45 x 30 x 20cm / 6000 = 4.5KG

Suggestions / Recommendations:
For each batch order OVER RMB600, suggest buy insurance, parcel lost in between warehouse to your door step, will be fully claim!
note: during courier process, item in the parcel damage is not cover under insurance policy
