Well I just watched it, it shows to be a promising anime, stroy wise. Yes the artbook is pretty, well... old. No fancy CG, 3D, etc. But the story is intruguing, and I look forward for the next episode.

Many anime bloggers said that this anime is the next good slice of life & drama anime to watch after the ends of Honey and Clover II.

Both also by J.C. Staff so it's all good.

Yup I have to agree with that. I for one is pretty darn disapointed with Honey and Clover ending (well it is a good ending... I just wished it was longer )

I am looking forward for the next ep Though it does feel like I am watching a 90's series of animation (the artwork does look that old to me, maybe it is just me >_<)

How about Hataraki Man? It's filling in the Noitamaina slot left by H&C II. It's all about work though, should be interesting. The rumors that Naruto will start the second part is killing me too...

I LOL'ed. The damage was already done. Even when the anime continued with the manga "3 years later" arc in episode XXX, i most probably won't watch the anime other than occasional co-watching when someone else watch the anime on their PC.

The story is a bit too slow for me. The whole of episode 2 dragged for way too long, with not much progress by the end of the episode. It has an interesting premise, but I think I'll get bored of this show very quickly.

Yeah same here since usually for episode 1 anime I skipped the OP and ED I will only see the OP and ED scenes from Ep 2 onwards, and skip it if it is not nice

The Soundtrack is made of l33t and win, the heavy usage of slow mellow piano pieces is an absolute work of genius.

Well, sorry bout late posts, i find out that, this is current anime i really like, though loli theme is the problem, but the anime is so different from manga, the plots is almost the same but not entirely. Neway, neone still followin this anime? i know the release is slow, but its not the 1st really slow release anime.

this show wasnt going to be next honey and clover infact this show can even come close to it in my own opinion

Well, not everyone can enjoy this kind of anime IMO.
Few of my friends said that this is boring but I found that it's quite enjoyable.

Well, i find it really nice. though the 2nd half part isnt wat i expected. overall, everythin is too mellow compare to manga.

This anime definately not for those ppl who wants action and violence. I like it too and episode 8 seriously almost made me cry.

But Fyonne is right, the manga is much darker. The anime version is like if they took Elfenlied manga, and make it into anime like Chobits. Took out all the questionable material and made the story more "happy".

btw, i read the raw manga for til volume 3. while scanlation is only 4 chapter only. Still have long way to go.

This series is more to "drama storyline" aspect compare to other action anime. I recommend this animu if some of u r bored with action, fighting genre
