My mykad is registered as kl address and my gf is perak. As I know that we have to register in either of our respective state under our mykad address. However, I get to know that some bigger centre like putrajaya can handle the ROM even they are not from that state.

Just wanna ask, can penang jkn do that too? (Register for couple who are not from that state) I have bought a house in penang and might pursue my career in penang in the future but my house will be completed in 2017. Some people suggest to change address but can I do that and register my new house address even it's not yet completed?

Both me and my wife mykad is based in kl but we did our rom in a small town in perak. no issues at all.

change ic address.. me perak, hubby kedah .. change address to penang and register in penang JPN
