Plexus work environment and working hour are nitemare. The company promote "depression" among workers.

The company doesn’t practice the courtesy of informing those unsuccessful / KIV candidates even though they have attended their interviews.

That’s their culture. Sad to note and to say for an mnc. Staff turnover is very high over there.

Just to highlight a few, very high workload. Every time OT. Though the paid OT is quite lucrative, but ppl just cannot tahan the too high OT frequency. Disorganised SOP and work processes. Blur career path.
