As an ex emp, i dont think its a bad comp, i learned alot, i was offered a role where i never had past exp. I was given a opportunity to show my skill, was promoted after 2 years. alot of benefits for senior positions. But alot of stress and nightmares too. Always cutomer focused. So you must know how to handle customer. Anyway i left the job and back to my Home town since not that young to take the pressure. 6 years was good for me. yesy i do had some sleepless night due to stress. But this is the work nature there.Overall i was happy. ( Engineering job)
