My past experience working in IT there...

Always understaffed for projects/daily support, same for the process engineers and QA/FA engineers.
Ended up your manager asked you to work OT to finish the tasks.

I quit after 1 year.

Oh ya, forget to tell you: they have 1 weird employee retention scheme like EPF where they deduct your money and Plexus contribute 1:3 ratio.

Depends on your title, the amount may vary.

And you have only 2 windows in a year to leave the company because your contribution will be forfeited if you left in other time

The scheme like this:
1. Deduct your salary every month
2. You get 30% of total fund every 6 month (your contribution + employer contribution)
3. If you quit your contribution will for forfeited
4. Contribute for 3 years and you will not need to but employer contribution conties
5. This scheme will end at 5th years and you get the remain fund

So literally, you only have 2 windows to switch company in 1 year.

Penang FTZ average is always 5%, so don't hope the increment gonna be good.
You gotta ask for high increment before accepting offer letter.

The 13th month is never written on offer letter, you just hope they gonna bank in end of December. So it means Plexus has no obligation to pay you the 13th month. The company profit sharing is not really significant, so can forget it.

Oh ya, 1 weird thing I hate is they always bank in your salary on the last day of the month regardless Saturday/Sunday or public holiday.
