Guys I have a few questions about Diablo 3
1. In starter Edition of Diablo 3 theres 3 region choices which is: Americas, Europe and Asia. Which one should I choose?
2. If I want to buy it what region should I buy? EU or US?

Just get SEA version, you are free to enter any region anytime you like.
I prefer to access US server |

Any D3 you buy (aside from China or Korea) will allow you global access, and enter in any of the 3 regions as stated.
