aiyaa. i just register that plan this month.. no wonder can only use for 3 hour. then hard capped at 10kB..

No ppu + throttel speed? How many of you experianced lte 3 bar but 10kBps only?

For celcom rm85 with optimizer, after finish 4gb quota, you will get hard cap. Need to wait for recycle data to use the internet.. happen to me today. call cs and they tell me about this info..
