Also wanna ask here, just noticed that my Reload freebies gone quickly. I Reload rm50, got 1 hour 40 minutes of free call. But after looking at the history, seems like the duration of my call not reach that, yet the freebies already finish. How do the do the calculation of our calls?

Did you guys realise that after got ioxnet activation confirmation, ur quota will deduct 10mb. Can u guys do max status, then ioxnet. Then once u received the activation confirmation, send max status again n see the quota.

Just called celcom Careline. They ask me what did I do when the quota got deducted.i said I do tethering & update my antivirus definition n download software. Then this fella said even tho ioxnet is free, it got limitation where we can't download software with it. I straight away tell him I had been doing this for many times n this shit didn't happen before.
Also tell him this problem happen when celcom release magic plan. Also ask them how about my car before. They said they do call me back but I didn't answer the phone. I said I was working. How the hell I gonna answer the call. Then none of them call me back. Now celcom already deduct 2g ++ of my quota, almost rm30 gone there. All they can do is new report. Maybe should give SKMM an email regarding this. |
