For Celcom Basic 38..
Is it normal that the billing date aren't 30 days for registration date? I registered my plan on 26th May.. and the billing date is on 8th each month... CS said it will be prorated... but how about the data... will it be prorated as well.. or I can use the whole 3GB (mobile) within this 26th - 8th?
