Celcom gave 4gb quota for celcom wifi. I've subscribed two different package; rm10 weekly & rm28 monthly. Both get the same allocation. Quite generous.

What I know once you on IOX plan, you can't migrate anymore.
User who is eligible only for X2, C1M, basically other than IOX.. You've got no other choice except buy a new SIM.. Correct me if I am wrong.. |

Yes, the online chat support also said only available to MNP and new customers. I said the FAQs still state that existing Celcom customers is still eligible, then the guy said the HQ just changed the policy today. Malaysia telcos can really suka hati change this and that at any given time knowing that they have the full rights to do and abuse it.

I was migrating from X2 to IOX months ago..I read the QnA first before migrating, and it stated something like "existing Celcom users can migrate to IOX, but cannot if you wanna migrate from IOX to other plan" .. Cannot recall it completely.. |
