Anyone having problem to renew 2 years validity? I am unable to do so. Already open a case with Celcom for few weeks and the case still pending for resolution.

Can check with you all. I bought the xpack sim card for rm5. N renew monthly data for rm30. Do I still need to pay any money for phone calls. Because currently I cannot call out and it stated that my account does not have sufficient balance for calls. Previously I check with the staff they mentioned rm 30 inclusive of 75 min of phone calls.
