So for IOX users, go quickly topup rm30 to your account and extend it ASAP before something happen again..

As for note, to extend:

1 year: sms EXP1 to 28882 , must have at least rm30 in your account..
2 years: sms EXP2 to 28882 , at least have rm50

And for reminder, please TURN OFF your mobile data while doing this, to avoid any ppu..

celcom wifi only benefit to people who live in big city like Klang valley and penang.

I stay in terengganu/kelantan never see celcom hotspot only TM wifi

celcom ghost and digi ghost on town. This ghoost sim comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.

I have called to complain about bad connection speed in my office area a few times already. It has been like this for a few months now, which it was OK in the past.

My area is Taman Bukit Maluri Industrial Area Kepong. It is not usable at all whole day when I am in the 2-storey office building.

Can I ask to terminate the 2-year contract ? I am fed up of paying for not getting any connection.

This is my connection speed all day long, every day.

go back to blue cube and ask them change a new sim for u.

didn't u check the sim b4 u leaving?
pray hard to avoid them from telling u that they will make a report and asking u to wait for up to 7 day (some have wait till 3 months without solution). that's the culture of their working attitude.

Why didn't you just convert IOX to magic?

2 times.. 1st time i miss because i don't topup my (banking internet card)... second time i manage to get only 1... freakin fast kopitiamer fetch... some even fetch  more then 1.
