I've just tried placing order on the NA SE store since mine is under NA account.

Seems like everything went smooth.
more details:
- click checkout, proceed to enter name, address etc. address still dont contain malaysia and i had to google a random US zip code to be able to proceed to next page.
- Entered credit card details, with valid address? (can't remember whether I need to enter the address) then went to next page
- sms verification code, I just entered my mobile number starting with 6017xxxxxxx, got the code and verified correctly
- final page = awaiting officers to check.

back to my NA store account detail on 'order' list, it's in there with the status pending, together with a download page and link to redeem pre-order bonus (which i can't yet, seems like the code is given to me by email if it's a successful purchase)

So, Still waiting and will post my result whether it was approve or not when i get it.

EDIT: BTW it's only the digital collector copy i ordered. Not interested in box package of CE anymore lol, old one is collecting dust somewhere lost underneath my bed maybe? haha
EDIT2: Status changed from 'pending' to 'pre-order' after a day.

Just to follow up for my NA digital order from the NA SE store.
within 24hrs, it has been approved and status changed to 'pre-order'. early access code worked and heavensward activation code was received as well.

Hope brothers who need the EU version will have it easy soon.
